Today I had the opportunity to visit Gr. 6 staff and students at camp. The students were engaging in great cooperative games that were set outside on the grounds of the camp. They played games called Gaga Ball, Stones and Tetherball. They also enjoyed swimming, canoeing and kayaking. They have been eating and sleeping well. The camp offers a great salad bar with fresh ingredients. In the evening they enjoyed a big camp fire. The weather has been perfect.

Big thanks to Mrs. Ferguson who has been the ultimate organizer for camp. We also thank Mrs. Mantynen, Mr. Pullen and Ms. Mcintosh for going to camp and supporting this activity.

Gr. 6 students will return back to school at 2:30 on Wednesday, June 22. Parents are welcome to come to the school to pick up students at that time.
