Dear Parents/Guardians: April 27, 2015
Starting on May 4, staff will be making decisions about class placement for students. The school board has provided the following school organization for 2015-2016. Our current organization at this point is:
Gr. 1 = 1 class
Gr. 1/2 = 1 class
Gr. 2 = 1 class
Gr. 2/3 = 1 class
Gr. 3 = 1 class
Gr. 3/4 = 1 class
Gr. 4/5 = 1 class
Gr. 5/6 = 2 classes
Please note that teaching staff for these classes will not be finalized until July 2015 which is part of the WRDSB staffing process.

If you would like to share some input that you feel is important as we make decisions, please do so on the form provided. This form is due to Mrs. Andriessen in the office no later than Monday, May 3 at 9:10 am. If your form is received past this deadline, your input will not be reviewed, as it will be too late. All information must be submitted in writing. When you provide information and input, please remember the following:
• The best way you can provide us with input, is to tell us about your student and how they learn and what would help them be successful.
• Teacher requests are not possible and will not be considered, as the staffing will not be entirely in place until July.
Please note that your input will be considered, but we can not make promises that we can accommodate all of your needs. Our educational team also has important information that needs to be considered during the placement process. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at the school.
