Parents….Come out for School and Class Visits on:
Friday, Sept. 25 9:10 am to 11:10 am
All parents, please meet in the gym at 9:10 am.

What is a class visit?
You will see your child working in their classroom with their teacher and their peers. Class visits will be brief. This will not be a time for you to speak to the teacher, but a time for you to see the class your child is in. If you wish to speak to the teacher, you will need to set up a brief meeting at another time.

What is a school visit? You will meet Parent Ambassadors who will provide a VIP tour for all parents. You will get to see where Breakfast Club is, where we have Extended Day programs, and where French and Music Classes are hosted.

Non school age children may join parents on the visits. All students will be required to stay in their classes during parent visits. Students may not leave classes to tour the school with parents.

Coffee and muffins will be for sale in the gym for a small fee. If you would like to bake some nut free muffins, please bring them to school on Thursday, Sept. 24 first thing in the morning.

Forms will be sent home with your child this week. Please let us know if you plan to join us for the School visit by Tuesday, Sept. 22.

This event will take the place of Meet the Teacher Night. Our staff regrets that they are not able to host Meet the Teacher Night due to sanctions that have resulted from not having a collective agreement with the Ontario government.
