KING EDWARD IS GOING PAPERLESS!!

Yes it is true…in an attempt to save paper and support environmentally friendly initiatives, King Edward will be going paperless.  So what does this mean for parents and students at King Edward?  We will be working very hard to send school notices and paperwork to you via our wonderful new website!  As our year begins, there are some things that we need to get done to get this new initiative started:

  • If you do not have access to a computer or to a printer please let Mrs. Kraemer know in the main office ASAP – by Friday Sept. 6
  • Check our website often – please put it in your favorites.  It will have school updates, school forms to fill out, new and exciting activities happening at KEPS and highlights of student achievements.
  • Go to the website today.  Click on the School Year Information Box in the top right hand corner.  Next – Click on Elementary School Information highlighted in the middle of the page.  Follow the following steps:

 

  1. Please click on and read all the information downloads on this page and become informed about the first day of school.  Please note that these downloads replaced the paper notices we use to send home to parents.
  2. Click on, download, print, fill-out, and send back into school with your son/daughter the: Release of Student Information Form – IS-09-L-E
  3. Click on, download, print and keep somewhere safe in your home the: Elementary School Year Calendar – JK – 6
  4. If you are a bus student, click on, download, print and keep somewhere safe the: STSWR Information Insert  (This is where bus cancelations are reported!)
